When will my order ship?

Depending on the type of product you order, the production time will range from 3 to 7 business days. During the holiday season, it may increase by 2-3 business days.
We understand the importance of your orders and will work around the clock to get them out as quickly as possible!

How can I track my order?

Once the shipping label is created which means your order is getting ready to ship. You will receive an email notification when the tracking number is updated.

Can I change the shipping address?

Our orders are processed according to a certain system, so it is difficult to change any individual order.
So, if you want to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours!

Do you have express shipping service?
  • No, we cannot expedite orders at this time. They are all printed on demand especially for each customer in the order they are received.
  • Domestic shipping times are currently within 5-7 business days. Times may vary during holidays and when we are receiving large order volumes. Also, USPS has announced they are experiencing unprecedented volume in addition to short staff due to Covid-19. Please note that once the package has left the building, we have no control over carrier delays.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) and Paypal.

If you’re a caveperson without a credit card or Paypal and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, please contact us for assistance. Note, we do not accept phone orders.

Why have I not received my package?

When the information from the shipping company shows that your package has been delivered but you still have not received it. Please thoroughly check the area around your area and go to your local post office to inquire about it (there are cases where the goods are held there).
If you still can’t find it after checking as above, please contact us to get it resolved.

What are your washing instructions?

For all apparel, it is best to wash items inside-out and with cold water. Hang dry if possible. It’s better for your clothes (and the environment), but you can dry them in the dryer.

For mugs they are dishwasher safe.

How do Returns/Exchanges work?

We proudly stand behind all the products we sell. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your product, please contact me as soon as possible to get it resolved.
Our products are made to order, so if the error is caused by you, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

*Any orders of 2 or more pieces of apparel may not be returned so if you are unsure of the fit of our tees we highly recommend purchasing a single tee first.

How Can I Contact RONOLE?

Most of the answers to your questions can be found here on our policy pages. If you already found the answer here and didn’t like it, contacting us probably isn’t going to change our policies. However, we do love to hear from our customers about things we can help with like correcting a wrong or defective order, replacing a lost in transit order or helping with a funky question not addressed here.
